What do we enjoy about the work we do?

I chose to work in this industry because I found it rewarding to see the dramatic change I could make on our clients homes and because I love to see the smiling faces we leave in our wake!

What is our process for working with a new customer?

First we try to establish a good rapport with our customers then we asses the customers needs and budget and find the best fit for both.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a life long student of fixing things and solving problems. I have been working with my hand since I could hold a hammer and haven't stopped learning since. I am a licensed construction supervisor. Per federal EPA law I am a lead safe renovator supervisor. All my guys are Certified through Certain Teed as Master shingle applicators and I am a Master shingle supervisor. I also took a detour in my career and spent nights pursuing an electrical engineering degree a dream that took me through many college level physics classes all while working and keeping up a 3.94 GPA. This dream however had to be put on hold for the sake of my family.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a contractor in your area of work?

Insure through documentation that they are Fully Licensed, Insured up to the value of your home, provides Workman's Compensation to its workers, passes a Background Check and is in compliance with Federal Regulations such as providing its worker with a safe work environment through OSHA approved techniques and is Fully Licensed as a Lead Safe Renovation contractor through the state. All of these things will help protect the home owner from legal repercussions.
